Dear Pedro Feliz,
I must admit, I was surprised, shocked, and in awe after seeing you score the game winning run in last night's game 5 of the World Series. Don't get me wrong, I am happy to see the Phillies win the title, but the last thing I wanted was for you to get a World Series ring. Having been witht the Giants organization since 2000, I have seen you strikeout countless times, hit more double-play balls than anyone I can recall, and when the team needed you for those "clutch" at bats, you failed to produce time and time again. I ask myself, why weren't you able to do what you did last night for the Giants in game 6 of the 2002 World Series? Or any other important games for that matter. My reasoning is this: you are not a clutch-player, you strikeout more than you get on base, and, let's face it, the only pitch you know how to hit is the fastball. I was relieved to see you leave the Giants, but now I am in complete awe knowing that you have a Wolrd Series ring, a ring which you probably don't really deserve; hey, I'm just being honest, and your numbers speak for themselves. In any case, congratulations to the Philadelphia Phillies for winning the Wolrd Series, but Pedro Feliz, please remember this: a blind squirrel finds a nut every now and then. You, sir, are a hack.
Sincerely,
Capo.
