A big shout-out to the fam, Moe Green, for making it in the latest issue of XXL mag. Undoubtedly one of the hardest working MCs, Moe has been getting tremendous recognition and exposure; he recently was recognized as one of the Bay Area's 2010 Top 10 Freshmen by 106 KMEL, a list which showcases the Bay's fastest rising hip-hop stars. Last weekend was one of the funnest weekends I have had in a while. Had a shindig at the pad with some dope labels & enjoyed time with Chris D from Karmaloop. Can't show pics from the pad (Just in case). We did however snag some pics from our big brothers at Cukui the following morning. Our boy Chris D linked up with us and Cukui at the Humble Beginnings Tattoo Shop. Orly Cukui did some nasty ill script work on Chris. Peep game.
A very memorable wekkend indeed. Thanks to Kuya Orly for getting down on the needle & thanks to everyone who enjoyed the weekend with us. More in store come August y'all. Speaking of August, Cukui will be having their Flagship Store grand opening on August 13th. Be there. We sure will.
