Q: What is your return/refund policy?
A:Please return the item to the return address below with a note stating you would like an exchange or refund. Goods purchased can be returned in their original condition within ten (10) days of receipt for a full refund, or within 20 days of receipt for an exchange.

Q:How long will it take for my package to arrive?
A:Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days and estimated to arrive 2-9 business days.
Q: I need to make a change to my address, how do I do so?
A: Changes to your shipping address must be e-mailed to us immediately. E-mail BreezyExcursionOrders@gmail.com with your order/transaction number and your updated shipping address. We recommend that all address changes be sent by 11:00am PST before our shipping department begins to process all orders.
Q: Do you ship to countries outside of the United States?
A: Yes, we do ship to most international countries outside of the United States. International rates will differ from each Country.
