Please allow up to 12 business days (excluding major holidays) for your item(s) to be shipped. Typically goods are shipped within 6-8 business days of the order being placed depending on payment authorization and stock.

This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Lost orders with delivery failure due to insufficient address will not be refunded. 

Please allow 7-12 business days after your order has been confirmed and shipped. If your order is outside of this time frame please contact or DM on our Instagram @breezyexcursion If your order is deemed missing.

If a placed order is out of stock before the item can be shipped the item is immediately refunded. Depending on what item it is, a refund will not be processed until we receive the restock.

We strive to provide the best shopping experience in the world. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and want to make a return or exchange, please follow the policies below.

If you have ordered goods from and want to exchange your items for a different size, color, cut, or completely different item you can do so by returning the item, within 30 days of receiving the shipment. Extra charges may apply depending on the item. These costs will be covered by you. Returns need to be shipped the address below. You will need to send your original receipt and a written explanation of the items you would like. We will ship the new items to the original ship to address at no extra charge. All exchanges are dependent on current stock. Please check availability on

Item(s) purchased from must be returned in unused condition in order to receive a refund. To return an item(s) from a refund just send it to the address below with a copy of the original invoice and a written explanation of why the item(s) is being returned. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges when returning an item(s). A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges.

Orders may be cancelled with a full refund within 24 hours of the time of purchase. Most of our product is made to order so once the production on your order begins we cannot cancel your order. You can still receive a refund but you have wait until your order has delivered so you can ship it back to us. Once we receive your return we will process your refund. 

LOST or STOLEN Packages

If a package is lost anytime during transit Breezy Excursion will reship a replacement order or issue a refund upon the customers request.

Breezy Excursion is not responsible for lost shipments due to the customer providing a insufficient address. Orders lost in this matter will not be refunded or reshipped. 

If a package from Breezy Excursion is delivered with a "confirmation of delivery" from the carrier and the package is lost or stolen AFTER the delivery confirmation, we can not apply a refund or reship your order. 



All returns and exchanges should be shipped via insured traceable mail in a secure package to our location.
